The board is aware of the problem with our lift station.  Repairs are underway.

Details of our termite protection:

Our contract is with Colonial Exterminators.  When we first signed the contract with them, they treated the entire building, spraying the perimeters of the buildings and inserting the spikes at the doorway and in the patios.  Each November they return to do the annual treatment which consists of spraying the perimeters of the building.  In November of 2014 they will do a full treatment which will necessitate access to your patio so they can get to the spikes.
